Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 Richie couldn’t help the bark of laughter that escaped him. “Me?” @Dragon
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “You’re a fucking child.” @Dragon
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “Jesus fucking Christ,” Richie muttered reaching up to rub the bridge of his nose. “I’d prefer that you just tell me who you’re working for.” @Dragon
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “Look, if you don't want to tell me that’s fine. I plan to have some judges pick it up tonight anyways,” he said. “But for fucks sake stop trying to come onto me. I’ve got a girlfriend and it’s just fucking weird kid. I’m not interested in fucking a fifteen year old.” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "These people are going to fucking kill me I just want to finish my job. I can't fucking pay you any other way so what the fuck do you want?" @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “For you to tell me who these people are? How else do you want me to say it?” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "I can't do that, asshole. I'm sure you don't let your little drug dealers run around spouting off who they're selling for or whatever they're doing." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 Richie frowned. She was loyal, he’d give her that. Smart too. “I’m asking because I’m not sure you know what you stole and depending on who wants it could depend on who I want to deal with your problem.” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "I have no fucking idea what it is. I don't care. It was gonna pay enough to put a roof over my head for the winter. Please just give it back." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “What if I put a roof over your head for the winter if you tell me?” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "What, so I can owe you too?" @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “You wouldn’t owe me anything,” he said. “The person that wants your package is more important to me than a few grand.” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "Why?" she scowled, "This has nothing to do with you. I could have picked any lock on this row and the only reason I came here is the door knob was fucking loose and it made [icking it easy." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 “Because you got me involved by choosing that door instead of any other one. Had you known which shops door you were picking you would have chosen a different one.” @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "Well I didn't know and now you're screwing me for no real reason other than not being able to mind your own damn business. Just give me the box and you'll never see me again or hear anything about it." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 "Except when you end up dead on the side of the street?" @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "I will end up dead if you don't get your nose out of it. I'm the only one who knows about this deal and if some fucking Redford gets involved in their business it will come straight back to me." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 Richie pressed his lips together. "There are very few 'theys' that I have to poke to figure it out myself." @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "Then why haven't you figured it out already?" @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 "Because I was trying to keep you out of a ditch. If I know who to talk to I know who to trade with but if you don't care then neither do I. You can leave I've got some judges showing up soon anyways." @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 "If I tell you who to talk to then they're going to think I went to their enemies for help and I will be lucky to end up in a ditch," she glared up at him, "I didn't ask for your help and this doesn't have anything to do with you beyond you refusing to give it back." @Morrigan
Richard Redford Author Share Posted December 24, 2020 Richie smirked and put a finger up turning to go to his tool caddy in the shop and returned with the box. He set it down in front of her and picked up a flashlight from his desk. He switched it to the UV wavelength before he moved it over the box stopping when his families crest came up as if stamped on the box. "Since you apparently want to be more involved than you need to be. This was something for my family." @Dragon
Kaella Corvus Share Posted December 24, 2020 Kae looked down at the sigil and huffed as she realized she was screwed no matter what she did, "Great," she muttered. @Morrigan
