Alice had chosen to bundle up with the heating pad on her leg. She felt miserable but she'd never say it out loud. When Seth sat next to her she leaned into him and settled her head on his shoulder.

"Mom taught me how to make eggs in nearly every way so do you have a preference?"

"How do you like your eggs?" Richie eventually asked her.

"I can do Mexican," she nodded to him. "Actually sounds fucking amazing."

Richie wasn't really paying attention to the girl as he threw the towel over the back of a chair at the counter bar. He pulled out eggs and bacon before pulling the bread off of his fridge and started to warm up a pan to make it.

"Exactly!" Alice smiled to him. "Come on. Go take a shower and I'll order food. Then we can snuggle and talk about baby names. I'm still going for Metallica!"

Richie took a few seconds before he moved to go get ready for bed before he went ahead and laiud down.
In the morning he would be up early to take a shower. He was in sweats and toweling his hair as he went to the fridge to make himself and if she wanted it, Kaella something to eat.

Richie came back over and put the bottle of water in her hand setting a bucket down. He knew she likely wasn't going to be able to make it in that if she did get sick but just in case, for the morning.
"Drink this. It will make you feel better," he said as he moved to remove her shoes. "Turn down the lights," he said aloud and the lights dimmed. "More."
When it was nearly dark he moved to leave her be for another minute while he went to grab her a blanket and settled it over her.

Alice laughed. "Lie to them. Tell them we are hoping for twins," she smirked to him.

Richie nodded as he closed the door and moved to get into his car. The engine roaring to life wouldn't help whatever headache she was getting but Richie couldn't help that much as he pulled out of the spot and started toward Sara's place as it was closer.
"Who is she?" Sara hissed at Richie.
"A kid that needs help. What the hell happened anyways?"
"She pushed me."
"Pushed you?" Richie asked skeptically.
"And then she slapped me. That's what started the fight."
Richie hummed as he considered that nearly wanting to growl but not in the mood to fight with his girlfriend.
"What if you take her back to her place and you take me back to yours instead of mine."
"Not tonight Sara."
"But baby," she reached her hand over to his knee.
"I said not tonight Sara. I'm not sure how I feel with you starting fights with kids," he said to her simply as he pulled up outside of her place. "I'll call you," he said expecting her to get out.
Sara huffed, obviously offended as she got out and slammed his car door. He rolled his eyes making sure she got inside the building before he started to Kae's destination.
When he pulled up he saw the place and the kids around Kae's age. One seemed strung out. Richie thought it was odd and glanced over toward the girl who didn't even realize they had arrived. Looking back to the kids Richie pulled away from the place and headed home.
When he got there he helped lift Kae out of the car and took her upstairs settling her on the couch before moving away to get her some water to try and get her to drink some.

Richie pressed his lips together as he helped his girlfriend into the car and he simply shook his head. "Not right now," he said gruffly.
When Kae came over to the car he helped her in too kneeling down. "So where am I taking you?" he asked her again.

Richie rubbed his face as she pulled away. He huffed and looked to the door to see Sara coming outside with her purse. She looked upset which he would have to deal with later. "Alright Kaella, lets get you home. Where are you staying. Do you remember?" he asked her as he started to try and coax her toward his car pulling out his keys.

Even as the words came out he could tell something wasn't exactly right. "Sure. We'll go sit down," he said to her even though he intended to take her out to the car to drive her home. "Come on," he urged her wrapping his arm around her shoulders to keep her from falling over and start leading her outside.

"Go get your shit Sara. We're leaving," he said.
She looked like she was about to protest but he gave her a dark glare and she quieted and went to go get her purse.
"Kaella, I'm gonna take you home," he offered his hand out to her. "Come on."

That was about when Richie recognized the street rat that he'd been trying to forget about. "Christ," he muttered. "Stop... Stop Sara," Richie said glaring at his girlfriend who took a step back toward the girl.
"She slapped me Rich. She. Slapped. Me. Get her out of here."
"Kaella," he tilted his head as the bouncer reached for her. He put his hand up toward the man. "Kae,lla" he repeated trying to get her attention. "Are you okay?"
"What? You know her?"
"Shut up Sara," Richie snapped at her.
"Kaella," he said again.

"Buffer it with our news," she said to him with a smirk.

There was an audible. "Ouu" around them as the woman put a hand up to her face before she made something between a growl and scream and attacked Kae.
It would be as they hit the floor that Richie would get there recognizing only his girlfriend in the moment and separating the women by picking Kae up off his girlfriend and putting himself between the two of them. "What the fuck is going on?" he growled to them both still not sure who the small brunette was. About then one of the bouncers got over to them from the crowd.

Alice smiled to him. "I don't think that's stupid."

"What are you going to do about it?" she asked poking Kae again.

"Yeah and my problem is you," she said stepping closer poking Kae in the chest.

"You want me to piss off? I guess you don't know who in the hell you're talking to," she said bobbing her head to the side with the last part of her sentence. "Why don't you go crawl back into whatever hole you crawled out of you little rat."

As Kae backed up she ran right into the blonde that Richie had just walked away from a few moments ago. The woman turned around to see the other girl as a few other people turned to look and Saralynn shoved the scrawny brunette. "Watch where you're going."

"Him and Red were kind of the only ones that she called when she got into trouble," she said as she looked to her husband and the beer. "I want that so bad but you damn well better drink it for me."

Alice moved to lean against the couch as she wasn't able to stay on her feet. Her leg was already throbbing and she wanted something heavier than advil. "So what did he say?"

Richie tilted his head and shook it. "I drove you because after you smacked my girlfriend and started fighting with her on the floor you sounded like you had a few too many."
