"What's that supposed to mean?" Richie said side stepping as his voice lowered. @Dragon

"I swear she prefers to be hurt," Richie said not having heard yet that she was pregnant. @Dragon

"Christ," he said. "Go sit down at the table," he indicated toward the dining room. "How's Duchess? Why isn't she here?" Richie asked his brother. @Dragon

"I'll try to keep that in mind," he said looking over to Kae. "Is she fucking bleeding?" @Dragon

"Jesus," he said rolling his shoulders. "I bought out her debt from Anoco with the box and I'm trying to get her onto her feet. She's supposed to be," he looked to Kae before looking back to his brother, "be looking for a real job right now. Not hanging out with hooligans and street thugs. Fuck. She reminds me of the Sea Witch when she got into trouble a few years back only without anyone to help." @Dragon

"She's got her own place actually," Richie corrected. Though if he were honest her getting into trouble could make that more difficult. He'd already been avoiding his mom's calls about the second apartment. "And its complicated," he said attempting to avoid the conversation with his brother. @Dragon

When Richie answered the door to see his brother, his call name on his badge with his ID, and Kaella he frowned and sighed. He moved to the side as he let them both in. "What did she do?" he asked as he reached up to rub the bridge of his nose. @Dragon

Alice laid back as she adjusted the heating pad against her leg and settled to watch the movie, or more accurately, fall asleep to the movie as the pair took their time off wisely despite all the banter of doing just about everything to one another. They needed the rest while their bodies healed. @Dragon

Alice huffed and nodded. "Yeah. That would be nice. How are you feeling?" @Dragon

"Yeah it made it a little less stiff. Too bad I can't just soak in a bath for it," she smirked. @Dragon

Alice's leg was just tender and swollen. Elizabeth had gotten everything out of it. Didn't mean it didn't hurt like a bitch though. Eventually she wrapped herself in a towel and meandered back into the room moving to drag herself into bed with her husband. @Dragon

"Pretty sure I know how to be pitiful by myself," she called back as she took in a breath and pushed herself off the wall to work on cleaning herself up as best as she could with how still her leg was. @Dragon

Alice sat at the table even after she finished eating listening to the shower. She eventually got up and limped over to put her plate in the dishwasher getting into the bathroom as Seth flopped onto the bed to sit down and start to peel off her torn pants. It was caked with dry blood which made it stiff. She slowly peeled them off using the wall and bathroom counter as a means to stay on her feet. When she finally kicked it off to the side she pulled the bandage off her arm too and went to climb into the shower where she just put her forehead against the tile and let the water fall a

Alice nodded to him. "Okay," she agreed. "See you in a few minutes," she said to him. @Dragon

"And not crawling out of it for a week," she muttered her agreement. "Almost done eating," she said as she returned to focusing on her food. @Dragon

"It also means we don't have to get out of bed early," she said to him. @Dragon

Alice smirked. "So do I sadly. I bet its just practice and you just don't get enough because I order out so much or just eat cereal." @Dragon
